Our story

Built from real-world experience, not a textbook

Over the past twenty years of our career, we have developed and refined a comprehensive framework called the Integration Management Framework — a practical framework designed to bring together the commercial, operational, technical, QA & regulatory, and partnership elements required to turn an investment ambition into a successful CMO business.

We developed this framework through real-world experience and, over time, successfully applied it to achieve the outcome we were seeking: building a bridge between emerging markets and the Western world, connecting investors and local businesses with the knowledge, technologies, standards, and partnerships needed to create sustainable pharmaceutical businesses.

We have made many of the mistakes that come with building and developing businesses at an early stage. Those experiences taught us what actually drives value, what moves the numbers, and, equally importantly, what can prevent a promising business from reaching its potential.

Today we are at a point in our careers where we want to bring that experience to a company that is ready to scale. Our aim is not simply to provide advice, but to help build the structures, partnerships, and execution capabilities that allow investors and companies to translate strategy into measurable results, and ultimately turn opportunities in emerging markets into businesses that can meet Western standards and compete internationally.

How we work

Four commitments behind every engagement

01

Long-Term Business Development

We build enduring relationships rather than transactions, with strategies that create value for partners and the communities they operate in.

02

Strict Business Ethics

Quality, climate responsibility and human rights are not appended to the commercial plan. They set its boundaries.

03

Transparent Partnership

Open books and plain assessments with the companies we work alongside, including when the answer is no.

04

Collaborative Compliance

GMP is a shared commitment across every partner in the chain, not a document produced before an audit.

The Framework

Most projects do not fail in strategy.
They fail at the handover.

Commercial plans, technical design, quality systems and partnerships are usually built by different people, at different times, to different standards. The gap between them is where value is lost. The Integration Management Framework governs those handovers, so a decision taken in one element is tested against the other four before it becomes expensive.

  1. 01

    Commercial

The market case that justifies the investment: demand, positioning, pricing and the route to a sustainable order book.

  2. 02

    Operational

Capacity, supply chain and the day-to-day production model that has to hold once the plant is running, not only on paper.

  3. 03

    Technical

Process design, equipment and technology transfer - moving a product into a new site without losing its integrity.

  4. 04

    QA & Regulatory

The quality system, GMP posture and regulatory pathway that decide whether the output is accepted by Western markets.

  5. 05

    Partnership

Alignment between investors, local operators and international partners - the element most often left to chance.
